Digital and Data Strategy Consultancy
We help formulate data and digital strategy and make it implementable by drafting the supporting organizational design, creating the Target Operating Model including governance, identifying required people and processes. We help with transition and take on operational interim- or change management if required.
Digital Strategy
The building of a site or app is often regarded to be an end goal in itself. We see it is actually a derivative of a solid strategy in which the customer journey has been plotted against all digital touch points, including social media platforms. Media buy and exposure (paid, owned, earned), content refresh pipeline and (re)targeting approach need to be articulated in KPIs for each stage of conversion from awareness to interest, engagement and advocacy. Digital strategy is not a desk paper but is the company in action, calibrated by analytics feedback derived from day-to-day customer interaction, 3rd party sources, market development and machine learning algorithms, if and as required.
Design, Development and Operation
The visual, functional and interactive design (UX/UI) of your digital asset must match (latent) needs of your target customers. It is imperative that the business requirements are captured such that the development can be done agile, with all (including business) stakeholders involved in a continuous loop of modifications, re-prioritization and testing as integral part of the development. After delivery, content updates will become part of daily operations and requires strong publishing process around the chosen content management system (CMS).
Data Strategy
The data strategy is a translation of the ambition level of a company like e.g., often described in a mission statement. Data can mean different things to different people depending on one's role (data architect, analyst, engineer, owner, regulator) or user needs (product development, dashboarding, customer service). It is imperative that a communication framework is in place that is inclusive for all parties. Once an agreed framework is in place, the data strategy can kick off by implementing the first Data Strategy Driver: the Data Foundation. This is the basis for establishing a Data Ecosystem embracing the other 4 Data Strategy Drivers: Data Governance, Data Culture, Analytics and Platform.
